My complaint:

I do not have a netflix account. Although o do like netflix services and have had an acct in the past, my life us simply too hectic and i do not own a tv or computer. I cancelled my netflix account 4 years ago. Another company that rents videotapes and such has been fraudulently billong my credit card. At the same time those charges started so did regular netflix charges. So someone else is using my credit card, i hvae no netflix account and i do not Authorize netflix to bill my credit card for any amount. I have been reoeatedly trying to contact netflix customer service and am constantly told to try my call another time. The system does not even allow me to remain on hold until a customer rep is available. With this being the only way to contact Netflix. Your system repeatedly hanging up on me is bullshit. I am not happy at all. i would think that a system that puts a person in the que to wait for an available representative would be much more affective.

Suggested solution:

Have a system that allows a person to wait in a que for an available representative or to schedule a call back from someone.
