My complaint:
I have been trying to watch shows movies on Netfilx. First off it takes a very long time to load…I get at least 2 please wait notifications if not more. Then once I am able to click on what I’d like to see, it takes a long time to load then I get this error code…

Suggested solution:
I would love for it to be fixed or refund my money for the month. I'd prefer to have it fixed. If it can't be resolved, I will cancel my subscription that I have had for years. I can find my shows elsewhere, but Netflix made it easy until now.
