My complaint:
My son gave me a 6-month subscription to Netflix. With one month remaining, Netflix has suspended the subscription until I provide updated payment information, ie a credit card number. This has essentially reduced the subscription to 5 months and cheated my son out of 16 of his gift to me. The result is misleading advertising (to him) and bullying tactics (to me). In addition, the chat function did not work properly (see attached).
Suggested solution:
My subscription should be restored (and extended for the number of days I am missing), with the usual invitations to extend - not threats.
The chat bot wanted me to answer a question, but the yesno boxes covered up the question itself. How then to answer?!
