My complaint:

Billed 2 extra times in March April. One extra in May n June. Called to cancel my card after it was hacked. I was supposed to be credited for it but right before it was credited they charged me that same amount. So no refund was given. It’s like that 16.95 payment never happened. They just thought oh if we bill her first then credit it back to her it won’t cost us anything because we charged n then gave it back which they refuse to tell me what that 16.95 charge was for. Called the chat and was hung up on. I was told they can keep my money that was doubletriple charged. Filed complaint with and the Bibb

Suggested solution:

Refund the unauthorized charges of $58.18. They took 16.95 off my card then 2 days later refunded it back. Basically they gave me money back from something they charged for 2 days earlier. The 16.95 charge should've never been billed that's why they gave it back which means I got nothing from any of the charges.
