My complaint:

My complaint is that I need a extension on my bill due to job being reduced due to Covid since have very little money and that I’m a health care worker working in the mist of all of this .. it’s the only thing I have to come home to to relax and unwind other than being with my family.. I’ve be a loyal customer for years,even when they keep raising the price.. I think they can at least give u at least 2 weeks of extinction on stuff like this .. angry customer

Give what I requested due to Covid circumstances
