My complaint:

I have had to reset my password 5 times as it is not accepted when I login.
I went to live chat twice and got exactly the same prerecorded response and was handed over to a different organisation and told to pay $5 which I refused. Netflix is not interested in resolving my issue.

Suggested solution:

Fix my password problem for free.
