Netflix complaint: Repeat charges on bank account

My complaint:

I have contacted Netflix several times and complain my debit card is charged twice a month for two different accounts one for 1599 one for 1299 when do the live chat and talk to a Netflix agent they told me I would be refunded for the last 7 months about the 1299 and 1599 and that my car will be blacklisted Netflix so that it could not be used anymore I told them there was no need to block off my card but the stop the charges I only have one Netflix account I said only have one they charged me sometimes three times a month. I was told that I would be refunded $290 still receive no refund my account is still being charged I want to stop and I Want My Refund Now

Issue my refund like I was promised
