My complaint:

I have been a member for a while. I turned on my TV and it told me that I was not a member and that I could join. I called. I was told I needed to enter my email and my password. I had to enter each letter on my phone per the screen on the tv. That was impossible. if I made a mistake I had to scroll down to an arrow to get rid of the mistake and then back up to what I was typing. I think it was totally unnecessary.

Suggested solution:

if they can put a man on the moon they should be able to access my account without me putting in all those letters and numbers.
