My complaint:

Netflix did not give me a code for passwordbutcharged mycreditcard even after I discontinued my membership
Your computerised complaint always ask for code which you have not given and it is impossible to talk to your representative meanwhile mycreditcardgetscharged for discontinuedservice

Suggested solution:

Customer service representative should talk to me inmy registered mobile no 9830033446 to allow me to explain and stop charging
