My complaint:

I think it’s diabolical having to wait until 30th march for the last 2 episodes of snow piercer when it’s meant to be a weekly series, I got all ready and sat down with my food after having a rough day really looking forward to watching it yet I have to wait? Why? It’s unfair pushing the date of the series without giving much warning and for what purpose? If you want to keep your customers happy then don’t change up a plan that I had hot used to watching on a weekly basis!! It’s unfair.

Suggested solution:

By putting it on today instead of the 30th!! And not messing with future program schedules.
