My complaint:

I don’t know why a person puts a debit order on the 1st of every month.
If wonderful Netflix wants to take there money on the 28th or around there.
With there wonderful work they doing they are busy fucking other people’s credit score up by doing shit like this.
This is not the 1st month they have done this.
Now I sit with a bad credit score and a minus bank account because they can’t do there job right

Suggested solution:

Get a calendar and take there money when a person's says take the money and not like some tool and do it when you want to do it.

Your billing date is determined by the day you first opened your account, or if you failed a payment, a new billing cycle starts on the day they’re able to process your payment. You can also change your billing date in your account settings.
