My complaint:
called Netflix to change credit card information and was informed my payment would post to the new card. So the payment was charged to my old card which was my checking account. So the bank charges me a $30 overdraft fee. So I called netflix and i was told that they would credit my account and the assured me that the bank would also reverse the overdraft fee. We i called the bank they won’t be able to help me to contact Netflix. So I called Netflix and same result. They said that the bank should refund me.
Suggested solution:
I think Netflix should credit the amount to my account for the error they did. I only got charged the overdraft fee because of the mistake they did.
Did the same to me. Overdrafted me for a netflix account that was closed 4 months ago. All the sudden they decided they wanted to charge my account. And they also refuse to pay my 35 dollar overdraft back.
