My complaint:
im a Coustmer with a Netflix and im a Coustmer with a Virgin Media
I pay for Netflix direct debit from my personal bank card direct
I pay for my virgin media from my personal bank card direct debit
is two different companies they are not working to gather at all.
I was watching a Netflix on my virgin media for last 3 months and I was charged from Netflix and Virgin Media i was paying double for a service
im happy to pay to Netflix but im not happy if Virgin Media is charging me for a Netflix but not informing Netflix and taking extra cash for doing nothing
Suggested solution:
I want my many back from Netflix for last 3 months
I have bills paid to Netflix and virgin media
