My complaint:

I subscribed Netflix on 26.03.2020 with an offer of first month subscription @5- with subsequent any plan, which I choose 649- applicable from 26.04.2020 after expiry of offer period , I.e. Rs 5- for first month. Facility of cancellation at time with our any commitment. While filling up form credit card details filled up with cvv no. Rs. 649- deducted from my account, which I thought that it might be an advance payment of subscription starting from 26.04.2020 and we will get it refunded if we quit before next month as no commitment policy of Netflix. An email will be sent to me before 3 days of expiry my offer period was assured at that time. U received that mail and decide to discontinue Netflix as it was not working on mt T.V due to using mobile net. I cancelled my subscription on 25.04.2020 before starting my next month for which you charged Rs 649 from my credit card in advance. Now, as I have quit Netflix before 26.04.2020, I request you to kindly refund my amount of Rs. 649 at the earliest.

Suggested solution:

If possible and my first choice is that Netflix refund my amount. If there is not any such possibility, only in that condition adjust my amount of Rs 649 with Rs 199 plan for 3 month.
