My complaint:

I called the Netflix tech last night. I have no audio. I was told Netflix is having trouble with Spectrum cable boxes. I was not given any time limit when this will be resolved. I had Spectrum cable last year and didn’t have any trouble.

Suggested solution:

Do I have to call Spectrum and get different boxes?
