My complaint:

Can no longer share my own account that I pay for with anyone outside the home!!! Yet, they still charged me, and was going to keep charging me for that service!!! I called and had that taken care of. I will pay double with a different company so I can share MY account that I PAY for with anyone I choose on my country!!!! Will cancel service soon!!!!!

Suggested solution:

Stop over charging and hire people with common sense to make decisions!!!

Your subscription has always been for a single household, not you and 20 of your mates outside your home. This is exaggerated, yes, but this is the reason why you can’t do it anymore.
