Netflix complaint: Tricked into cancelling my account and losing my basic plan

My complaint:

My account was changed from basic to premium. I did not do this change and I changed it immediately back to basic. I was however charged for premium for the billing period. I chatted with an agent to rectify this, and she told me that to resolve this she will cancel the account, give me a refund, then help me reinstate my basic plan. I naively accepted, and after cancelling the account, the agent gave me instructions on how to reinstate my account, but I found my basic plan to $ 9.99 was not an option anymore, and only standard option for $ 15.49 was available. When I told her about this, she mentioned that the basic plan is not available anymore (after telling me earlier that she would help me to reinstate my basic plan). I told her that this was deceitful, and she said there is nothing she can do. I called another agent over the phone, and he also said the same thing. I find this totally unacceptable and I think that she did this on purpose to let me lose my basic plan. I am asking to reinstate my basic plan or I ma not joining Netflix anymore.

Suggested solution:

Reinstate my basic plan. I have a copy of the transcript to prove what my I saying here.
