Netflix complaint: Netflix thinks I am using a vpn when I am not

My complaint:

I installed a vpn whatever a while back. I logged into my account from my sister’s place and it worked fine there. When I got into my profile at my home, however, they think I am using a vpn because my ip address doesn’t match my sister’s. I went to change it through the vpn extension and yeah, it worked. When I disconnect from the extension, back to square one.

Suggested solution:

If they detect that the ip address is within the same country as before, they should leave it alone.
