My complaint:
Are you people playing with me. I am not able to use my account from last 2 months. There is a limit to everything. You people don’t understand, if people talk to u politely. I have been calling multiple times, but every time there is a preloaded msg saying we are busy. Worst service ever.
My account is hacked, I can make it out. In my account registered to jp.gita@ gmail.com. has 1 year mobile subscription. If you want I can provide you the acknowledgement mail from you regarding one year subscription success. I want my account retrieved ASAP or I have to go to consumer forum or court further for this kind of useless service from you people.
Suggested solution:
Retrieve my account, so as my plans will show up in my account. I just wanted to see Netflix. I paid for 1 year and somebody else is enjoying the service. Knowingly these people don't do anything.
