My complaint:

My son use my information and paid for your services on purpose for his friends luckily I have a notification on my phone that I get every time my card has been used I’m just asking you please if you can refund it back to my card.

Suggested solution:

I would love if you could just reimbursed back the funds to the card please and thank you
