My complaint:
Netflix charged me twice on May 4, 2020 May 6, 2020 for the amount of $15.99. I tried to call Netflix and complaint during working hours of 8am – 12am (EST) at 9:55am but message says it is none working hours ? ? ?
Please delete one of the payments ly. .
