My complaint:

I have been charged aed11K. I received an email from Netflix asking to update my payment information as my account is on hold. I checked my netflix account it was not working so i provided the details as the website look and feel was exactly like Netflix website and any innocent customer can be fooled. immediately my account was deducted and i lost aed 11000. I called your helpline and they said there is nothing you can do. It is your responsibility to work with authorities to take action against these scammers and refund me for the fraudulent transaction. I lost my hard earned money for no reason.
