My complaint:

I am either virgin media and tried netflix at the 7.99 per month cancelled it and though that was the end of it but no was charged again so cancelled it again though virgin media but got a debt letter from them for 82.02 on the 21102022 so phoned up virgin media who said its nothing to do with them and to phone netflix so did that explained three times to women on phone but she wasn’t listening so asked for manager got put on hold for 18 minutes and then went dead so am asking you to help me with this as I don’t want debt letters

Suggested solution:

To scrap what they say I owe and to take me of there system for good
