Netflix complaint: Autherization payment

My complaint:

I made two payments of Rs 649 to netflix, one for Autherization charge and the second for my plan to continue. I talked to customer care they said that the Autherization charge will be credited within a week, now its more than a week but the amount has not been refunded yet.

Suggested solution:

REFUND MY AMOUNT i.e. Rs 649- as soon as possible.

Your money for the authorization request hasn’t actually left your account and the reservation is usually released within 8 days, but may take up to 30 days for some payment providers. If it’s still showing as a reservation / authorization request, check your actual account (apps may be unreliable sometimes) and contact your financial institution.
