My complaint:

I logged in through mobile to subscribe to netflix o. 13 June and when I was selecting the package a pop up apperead saying its free for first 30 days and after putting the bank details the amount was debited so thought that once I cancel it within 30 will get the money so cancelled the services and after a month when I did not get tve money back called customer services they said this promotion is not there in India so asked about the pop up they said might be in error but if was thier company’s error and also spoke to the manager and the manager was very rude over the call…. I want a resolution and the refund of the money.
