My complaint:
I downloaded the Netflix app yesterday on my phone and it was already on my TV,so I followed the instructions and when I got to step 3,I used my Fidelity ATM card to complete the process.I subscribed for the standard plan of 3,600,but to my surprise,I was charged twice for both standard and the 2,900 plan and up till this moment I am not recognized as a member, and a verification code was sent to me to complete the transaction,if I try to sign in I’ll be directed to payment method again.
Suggested solution:
I want Netflix to check my subscription and grant me access to watch my movies on my TV and Android phone
