My complaint:
Getting IP address geo-location wrong is no longer acceptable. Netflix needs to get its act right if it wants to continue providing content by region. Not only is it ignorant of the issue, its customer care is dismissing it as an ISPEnd user issue. Need to adopt hard line approach for it to be escalated to the tech team for further investigation. Provide the region content based on the IP location shown by popular and reliable geo-loc sites. If you cannot do that consistently you have failed your paying subscribers!!!
Suggested solution:
Get a reliable geo-loc supplier like MaxMind and update IP address geo-loc more frequently.
