My complaint:

Half way through MAUDI the Cd quit functioning. Of course this made us very sad when the evening had been planned around the movie.We returned the CD with a note to this effect and the request that they send us the same movie on a good CD. Instead, I received the next movie in my queue.

Suggested solution:

Please send us the movie MAUDI again on a functional CD. Perhaps offer us some sort of apology in the form of a CD or two sent without cost or ? ?
