My complaint:
I went to sign up for netflix and got the offer to try first month at 5 INR and then I will have to pay the standard amount. When I signed up I was charged the whole amount for my plan. when I contacted customer service, they said it is in testing. If you’re not going to give the deal why would you show it. That’s duping. I asked the netflix customer support for the transcript and the case reference number but didn’t receive either of it.
Suggested solution:
I want what I was offered I will be more than happy to continue with my subscription
