My complaint:

I have tried Netflix one month free service registration on 21st March, 2020 by providing details of my credit card so that company can charge later on. On 23rd, the free one month version was suddenly nonfunctional so by making actual payment of 499- I have taken a plan of Netflix. Today, to my surprise Rs. 799 has been debited from my credit card. Kindly refund the same as I am having Netflix plan of 499-

Refund of Rs. 799- to my source credit card.
