My complaint:

Hi there,
I have updated my plan from basic to standard so three users can watch simultaneously. However, the attached notification came up (pls refer to the attached)

I cannot understand this – when I had the basic plan, two users could watch simultaneously and now I updated it to standard and its giving me this error.

Suggested solution:

To check as to how the basic plan worked for two users but for three users the standard plan is not effective.
