My complaint:

I tried to sign up for service. I go to Chase Bank. Somebody had stole my card. That would be my ATM card. Chase Bank sent me a brand new one which I thought was activated. Because I had used it an hour before to get something. I had to call the bank and fix that. The bank who cleared my ATM card. I went back to try to sign up for the free trial and when my debit card was entered your sight thought that it was a bad card. It was not

Suggested solution:

Please contact me and let me know when you get this cleared up so I can apply for your free trial. If for some reason you decide not to offer me free trial. Thank you
