My complaint:
Hello Netflix,
I tried to sign up to Netflix some time in February 2020 but my card was rejected. I was sure the sign up
was cancelled by the company. Fast forward to April 8, 2020, I get a debit of N2900 from my bank
with the description of Netflix subscription and I’m shocked because i don’t understand whats
happening.
Kindly explain: Was the first attempt of sign up successful?
If YES: Why didn’t I receive a ation mail to that effect?
IF No: Where did you get my bank details and all?
Because this is a case of integrity.
I didn’t get to enjoy the one month free and you still debit me for a new month?
Business should not be done like this.
