My complaint:
I have been encountering this issue for some time now have spoken to many others who also have the same complaint about Netflix.
The selection of choices made available to customers is very limited, but what’s worse, is it never seems to change or have new releases added over time. When logging in to watch a movie for example, the options are exactly the same as they were six months ago.
I have found there are many live streaming movie options now available online. In comparison, Netflix is in fact one of the most expensive.
I would think that with all the competition out there now, they would at least attempt to keep current customers by offering them a better quality of service. I do not see how they would obtain new customers with the options.
Suggested solution:
Put some effort into sustaining their client base.
Keep them interested with new movies shows added.
At least change what they have available occasionally.
