My complaint:
When I first joined Netflix in 1st Jan, my only option was to click on premier plan. I thought that was not a problem since I was able to immediately switch to standard through my Netflix account once activated (I am talking about mins afterwards). I then received a ation email that my account has been switched to Standard plan. Later on I found out that I was charged for premium, when I chatted with customer service they told me because I clicked on premium 1st. II explained the situation and I even told them that I did not use any of the premium features since I did not even know I was still a premium. I feel like Netflix system tricked me with first giving me the only option to click on premium, then ing that I switched to standard but in reality I wasn’t swithced.
Suggested solution:
Take the situation in consideration and refund me the difference. I shouldn't be charged premium since I did not sign up for it and I don't want to sign up for it.
