My complaint:

I have been getting charged for two accounts for a year when I only opted for one account. I chose the £10.99 deal which has been taken from my account along with £15.99/£17.99 every month also. I have been refunded 4 months worth but Netflix said I had to get in touch with the bank for the remaining 8 months worth. The bank won’t help and Netflix won’t pay me the remaining £133.
