My complaint:

why does it take up to 3 hours to be connected very time we tune in, Tv s fine , internet connection fine. only has happened since you requested an up date on our account

Try unplugging your tv and modem/router for about 3 minutes, sign out from netflix and back in, so it’s going to re-establish connection to Netflix. If it’s still doing the same, contact your internet service provider.
