My complaint:
I ordered a $337.00 order january 3, 2022 – I just received it on January 24th. I spoke to 5 different telephone contact center agents and they all failed in their attempts to get the machine out and delivered. Once delivered it was sent to my address and NOT THE ADDRESS THAT I WANTED IT SENT TO ! ! !
NESPRESSO CLIENT CUSTOMER HELP LINES ARE A JOKE ! ! ! ! !
WILL NOT BE USING NESPRESSO AGAIN. ! ! ! ! ! !

TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND WATCH YOUR STAFF ! ! ! ! ! THEY ARE ONLY DOING WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO TO GET PAID. ! ! ! !
