My complaint:
Suite could no be delivered as it was to big to come through door although I was told that delivery drivers would be able to take off the arms to get it in then put the arms back on when suite was in house
Suggested solution:
Take arms off and redeliver today
I have had the exact same problem they said the delivery guy would take off the sofa foot and can get them in by the sales man. But no such attempts were done. Now that I want my money back they said they will take 25% off which is £400 for something that I didn’t get.
