My complaint:
I bought a bed and matress 6 months ago and it’s fraying in lots of areas. I can’t get through on the phone just a message saying to email which I’ve done many many times. I’ve not had help from CAB and have sent a recorded delivery letter, but why dont they get in touch with me. This has been going on for over 6 weeks I’ve contacted Complaint.biz also.
Suggested solution:
A respond, a replacement or better still a refund an apology.
