My complaint:
We bought a sofa end of March 2021, fault appeared no sofa, reported it in 1st week of July 2021, received a call to say parts were on order a few weeks later, was not advised of a time scale. Tried calling no answer, emailed a few times didn’t receive any reponse, emailed again in Movember requesting for sofa to be collected and refunded, was advised a per terms and condition they want to attempt repair first and no update since my last email.
Suggested solution:
I would like the sofa to be collected and for us refunded so we can buy an alternative better quality sofa. This is causing a lot of stress for my father who is a heart failure patient who’s also carrying for my 2 brothers who have special needs.
