My complaint:
It appears that one thing that NCF can do well is sell a piece of furniture inside of their showrooms. But when it comes to delivering that furniture or giving the customer a quality item as promised they fall massively short.
They never seem to meet delivery dates, when they don’t, they cant be reached. The sales rep in the store ask you to review the purchase while in the store, as they know it’s all going to fall apart soon after!
This is not a 5 star trust pilot company, they have 5 star sales persons who dupe people into reviewing before they know how much pain the customer is going to suffer trying to receive the furniture promised in store!
Suggested solution:
Like everyone else that you have shown no respect to by avoiding complaints, start giving a shit! Hire some customer service representatives or and this might seem like it's way out of left field... but deliver on your promises in store!
