My complaint:
I’ve purchased sofa’s on 31-10-23 when I had them delivered we seen marks and damage on the sofa. Also the sofa’s are already sinking and they slip when someone going to sit on them they not fit for purpose.I’ve been getting in touch by email and the response I got is it’s not manufacturing fault. They don’t reply back to I until 5 to 6 days
Service is very poor
