My complaint:
I bought this sofas set of 3 in 15/01/23 and was delivered 19/06/23 and after they delivered I saw one of the sofa was damaged from the side I contacted the customer service straightaway and request for refund but they forced me accept the repairs and I had appointment for repairs yesterday 06/07/23 and after he left I saw the sofas colour completely changed damaged was not fix and I contacted the customer service again and they sent me email they said you have signed that you are happy with the repairs and I sent her email back and told her I only signed that job is done and property was not damaged and still now they didn’t even contact me I want full refund and want to return set of 3 back
