My complaint:

I agreed on the phone with Rav at head office that I could return a chair if it was not suitable at no cost. Because we live a few hundred yards from the store. I agreed with Rav I would make an appointment and bring the item back myself at no cost.
They have since refused and keep referring g to terms and conditions. That is a charge of £75 to come and collect the chair

Suggested solution:

They should allow me to return the chair myself at no charge to me, to the head office warehouse at Perry Barr
