NCF Living complaint: Damaged item delivered and left in my house

My complaint:

I placed an order for Roswell coffee table ,dining table and chairs on 21092020. The items were delivered today after long delay and lots of chasing with the store in Milton Keynes.

Unfortunately,The coffee table is damaged there is a broken wood and it is unacceptable for an item in this condition to be sold.I noticed the damage minutes after ncf delivery workers left the house. However it is their responsibility to check the item before placing it in the customer’s house.

I contacted ncf by phone which as you know they never pick up and I emailed their customer service but no response.

I contacted the NCF store in MK and they said they are just selling item and they are not going to do anything.

The damaged item needs to be replaced.

Suggested solution:

The damaged coffee table must be replaced with unfaulty item. As soon as possible
