My complaint:

I started to complain to NCF Living in August 2020- literally 2 months after purchasing a single mattress for my son, as I found it was drooping, sagging where you lay and there was a lack of proper centre support. I was completely ignored since that time so I decided to email them several times in December. After a very long emailing process, involving the fact they couldn’t find any of my correspondence, it was said: ‘it is natural settlement’. I definitely don’t agree with this complete ridiculous explanation. Currently, my son can’t even sleep on this mattress, as there is a huge indentation right in the middle. He’s using a 3 years old, previous mattress which isn’t in the same condition like the new one, bought from NCF, which disproves their point of it being natural settlement.
