NCF Living complaint: Non delivery of garden furniture

My complaint:

Ordered and paid for amalfi 6 seater patio set £549on 30th April 2021 was told it would take 23 weeks delivery. Despite trying to contact NCF on numerous occasions one number is an O2 messaging service the other an answer machine which gives you a message then cuts you off, I have also Emailed them to date I have received no reply from them. I now wonder if they are as reputable as they claim to be, I would now like a full refund as I’m within my customer rights totally disgusted and feel they shouldn’t be able to still advertise on face book

I sympathise as I have experienced exactly the same non response from this disreputable company
