My complaint:

We returned a footstool (at our own expense) within the 14 day returns window. NCF said we would be refunded within 10 working days and that was over a month ago. No replies to email. Phone goes to a voice message saying call back later or send an email. Absolute zero customer service. Would never buy again from this company nor would I recommend them to anybody.
