My complaint:
Friend brought bed. Delivery 4th june parts faulty like bolts for tge pistons as its a ottoman bed very expensive bed. Try to build bed reliase the bolt treading was just turning not enough strength to hold up the pistons so out use for ottoman and the slats systerm can not be bolts to the side rails can not sleep on this. 3 weeks calling the comoany no answer 2nsd week went into store shown store the bolts they sow threading to scew lose ans explain piston is missing and feel support bar is not the right one said he fax it off will here 6 days heard nothing once again callednthe one number 0121 number no answer but mesaage on the ohone said to go to website fill in contact forn. Which i did tbree times no answer 30th july i got someone calling me asking for pictures of oarts iv explain in the correct emaik come collect this bed as u keft me un reponce with no bed and i brought new bed now that git correct oarts i got tokd 3 times they look into this ans calk me back then i get call bk said theyre order me oart i sent email againsaid come take this bed bad services they said there call me bk no one calked then stire. Ledt me mesaage to say oarting being ordered iv email back again no comw get thsi bed i got email back sayung cost them. To collect the bed. And nothing more they can do my friend has ask for her money back and ncf has no claim it back and still no parts the lies that comonay warehiyse is close ans re open up i want name address if that warehouse as i feel all lies and i want tjsi bed removed and collexted oplease and full refund my friend taht brought this bed still has a damage sofa whixh books are holding up pne part sofa is stressfull and upsetting this a cow boy company we are dealing with not cheep bed or sofa
